Volunteer and Community Support Path

A safe public path for community members who want to support LFAS without making promises or handling private student information.

Community members can support student access in ways that do not require handling private student information or making promises. This page gives a careful public path for people who want to help.

Ways Community Members Can Help

  • Share current LFAS mission pages with people who care about student access.
  • Help identify practical student barriers that deserve public education.
  • Support donation campaigns through approved LFAS public channels.
  • Connect LFAS with appropriate civic, education, or community audiences.
  • Offer skills, time, or visibility after LFAS confirms the right route.

What Volunteers Should Not Do

Volunteers should not promise aid, screen students, collect private hardship details, represent tax treatment, accept money outside approved channels, submit forms for LFAS, or speak as official LFAS decision-makers unless specifically authorized.

Privacy Boundary

Public volunteers and community supporters should not request unnecessary student, family, financial, immigration, medical, legal, credential, or hardship details. If sensitive information appears, LFAS should route it through a reviewed process.

No Guarantee Language

Community support does not guarantee an award, admission, graduation, licensure, employment, income, donor recognition, tax result, partnership, or public campaign placement.

Start With Contact

People who want to help can begin with Contact LFAS and explain the general kind of support they have in mind.

Community Standard

The best support is useful, humble, documented, and protective of the people LFAS exists to serve.
